How do I find a contractor?

Don’t have a contractor lined up for your project? No sweat! We can provide bidding and negotiation services aimed to obtain quotes for your project. We can help you compare bids and advise you in selecting the right team for building a successful project.

What size projects will you take on?

Every project is taken into consideration! We are here to draft as-built plans, select wallpaper and lighting, gut renovate a single powder room, space plan your new wine bar, or add an addition to your home. Set up a phone consultation. We’d be happy to discuss your project, however big or small.

Where are you located?

We are located in New Haven County. Most of our projects are in Connecticut and New York City, however, we have experience working on projects all over the continental United States.

What information should I have ready for a phone consultation?

It is helpful that you know your overall project budget, when you would like to start or complete the work, and what your major goals are. Write out a list of questions and we’ll do our best to answer them!
